I adore Alexa Chung's style because of her effortless. So for this first project I choose her as an inspiration for Alila's dress :)

I bought all the fabrics from De Moda Fatmawati. There are 5 different fabrics in one tiny little dress.

1. Sequence for collar (1/2meter) | IDR 225,000/meter = IDR 112,500
2. Cotton lace for bodice (1/2meter) | IDR 250,000/meter = IDR 225,000
3. Still tulle for skirt (1 meter) | IDR 6,600/meter = IDR 6,600
4. soft tulle for skirt (2 meters) | IDR 11,000/meter = IDR 22,000
5. Cotton for lining (1 meter) | IDR 25,000/meter = IDR 25,000

The total for this project is about IDR 391,000 ONLY for the fabrics, not to mention needle, threads, zipper etc etc etc. Quite much, but I like the look :)

Too bad I wasn't captured the process. I promise to myself to capture every single process in the next project.

Little advice to the beginner: you can cover footer on your machine when you sew the cotton lace. Advice for the advance: you know what to do..
